PEACE, JOY AND SELF FULFILLMENT

PEACE, JOY AND SELF FULFILLMENT

By: Aron Neelie

We often lives our lives seeking peace and finding the joy in our lives.  Peace, joy and self-fulfillment can go hand-in-hand when our lives are balanced and in order.

It is frequent we lose direction, have massive relationship complications, financial woes, etc. all of which take their toll on our lives and our minds and bodies.

When we are out of balance our lives are also out of balance. Things happen that we are not in control of and they take uncomfortable twists and turns. Finding balance requires finding peace, joy and self-fulfillment. Without peace we hear noise and the noise is distracting.  When we are distracted we are unable to attain and to achieve, which makes us feel accomplished and actually releases dopamine in our bodies. So being unable to attain and leads to no dopamine which means we cannot find the joy in our  very surroundings.  In turn all things around us then seem negative and difficult. No matter where we turn, it would seem darkness abounds.

That is the time that you know, you are out of balance. That you must reposition yourself, your mind, your awareness, your goals; you are out of balance.

In turn when you are out of balance, your life is out of balance.  That which makes you happy is a chore and often few moments of happiness come your way.  All of which makes it veritably impossible to concentrate with confidence and have a free-mind to dream of your path to self-fulfillment.

It is up to each of us, to admit when our lives are not working out in the most positive direction.  It is up to each of us to realize that our lives belong to us and that we have choices to make and behaviors which make up our character. It is up to each of us to recognize and know that we have the ability within us to reach our full potential, to find self-fulfillment and that it all begins with that first step. Finding peace, joy and self-fulfillment is truly living. Don’t settle for anything less.  It’s your life, live it.
