BEST CROISSANT BREAD PUDDING EVER

1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
8 croissants
1 cup half n half, just under
1 cup whole milk, just under
2 oz cognac
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Chocolate bar, melted
Mix
Eggs first, then add ingredients. Tear croissants in casserole dish and pour mixture over pieces. Place walnuts on top. Bake 350° 45 minutes; cover bake 375° 15 minutes. Remove, let it relax, drizzle melted chocolate and serve!
