A bit confused on bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and doge? Not sure how to use it or really what it is. Well, let’s see if we can take a natural approach to the understanding of crypto currency, digital currency, alt-coin, etc., a rose is still a rose…
First, it is a new financial world. Local banking and purchasing for cash no longer has to be the only way financial purchases are gained. When thinking of crypto, do not think traditional, it is a young man’s currency and financial industry blooming before our very eyes.
Crypto-currency is not your parents’ gold. It is more volatile. It is a global currency; printed through blockchain, so-to-speak. It is finite so there is value, and where there is value, there are investors, and money to be made. Some alt-currency will not have uptake and therefore will not be offered or available to readily use, but the top 3 and 4 have a great chance of success.
Lately, there has been twitter-chatter regarding Elon Musk and his Tesla purchasing Bitcoin, and also his personal purchasing of Dogecoin for his little youngster, X. Now, Marc Cuban of Investor fame, has agreed to accept Dogecoin in his arena. Our modern influencers are driving up the legitimacy of Dogecoin, just like the Reddit group slammed and ruined GameStop; the individual is in charge! And they are running games to manipulate the market, so 1930’s, n’est ce pas?
The crypto market is already about 10 years old, even though so many are only becoming aware of it now. The SEC looked at and halted XRP because even they didn’t really understand the currency. So, let’s set it up straight. Some crypto is meant to exchange like we are used to, like regular money, while a few others are meant as an investment. Look into the currency, see what it has done, where it started, where it is now, how high is its rise?
Bitcoin is an investment. Look at it this way, had you purchased one coin at 5k, and then seen it rise to 38k and then sold that coin, you would have missed out at the current 50k price. XRP is more consistent, it stays about 44, so it’s a good currency to have, hold, use anywhere in the world. Ethereum and litecoin are worth buying and holding and once-in-a-while using, again, anywhere in the world.
It’s not too late to buy and hold something in the crypto-currency market.
