CLASSIC THREE BEAN SALAD

Classic three bean salad comes to mind as a traditionally delightful dish, and now, as the holidays approach, and ever-present on our minds, are gatherings, family and parties and what to bring to engage the palates.
We always want to arrive with a dish everyone can and will enjoy, something hopefully healthy that no one will recognize as healthy! Something that evokes a feeling of warmth and family and friends and holiday spirit.
We have found that food, and it’s perfect to take to a friend’s or that polly-perfect-sister-in-law. We have all agreed that this season, we’d like to feature the classic, three bean salad.
It’s a classic, well-received and delightfully delicious, healthy recipe, made over the ages and tasted and enjoyed by all generations.
Here is the recipe, and the video!
1) Prepare all your vegetables, then in a mixing bowl add the garbanzo, kidney and black beans, garlic, green onions, red bell pepper, parsley and mix together well.
2) In another small bowl, add the cumin powder, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and salt to taste. Mix together.
3) Pour the dressing onto the bean salad and toss together.
4) Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnite.
5) And Serve!
