champagne bottles gen X magazine

Welcome My Dear Reader,

It is never the wrong time to enjoy a glass of champagne to celebrate who you are and how far you have come.

Aging is not easy.  Personally, career, family, it all seems to be one wild roller-coaster ride!

This month, we welcome you, dear reader, and thank you for joining us and riding life’s roller-coaster, as we gather, inform and immerse ourselves within our global, common, digital culture.

We are pleased that you have joined us to become informed, gain inspiration and understand our digital world and how it affects us.

We live in interesting times whereby digital platforms abound and privacy no longer exists.  We are served ads based upon our searches, rather than random advertisers; we are served fake news, written as if it was real; we are shouted at by loud-mouth naysayers who complain without solutions.  We are here, each writer, each editor, each designer to make sense and bring facts of truth to each of you, one reader at a time.

We are a trusted source of information, we take our lives seriously as we continue to navigate and to make sense of the new world we have helped to create.

We don’t pretend to be someone we are not, we are merely trying to achieve a better self, and better sense of the world around us, and thereby a better existence.

At no other time has it been more apparent that many in our government do not fully understand the digital medium. We do. We speak about it at conferences, we write about it globally. We have watched the facebook hearings in the US Senate, and UK House of Lords. We have listened to the questions and question why some of our elected leaders do not research, yet spew ignorant questions, whilst others have a clear understanding.  We have heard Mark Zuckerberg politely dodge questions, savvy in legal disputes, and navigate via future conversations of hope, relinquishing any wrong-doing. We have realised that the digital world moves far swifter than governmental action or policy; for one businessman has the ability and right to make a swift decision, but policy-makers do not.

We live in a real-time world, and we enjoy sharing such, with you, each of you, one reader at a time, real-time.

One page at a time, one day at a time, one step at a time, here, we go!  Together.

Enjoy the read
