A modified Kraft Jello classic cherries jubilee recipe! So, let’s not bake a cherry pie, let’s make a no bake jello mousse parfait!

LET’S NOT BAKE A CHERRY PIE, LET’S MAKE A NO BAKE JELLO MOUSSE PARFAIT!

Okay you die-hard Jello fans, we have shown the original recipe from Kraft and our kitchen has modified it!  Try our modification, we are CERTAIN you will enjoy it, and proudly serve it!  So, let’s not bake a cherry pie, let’s make a no bake jello mousse parfait!

What You Need

  • 1 pkg. (1 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding(original)
    1 large package Vanilla Regular Instant Pudding (modified, use this)
  • 1-1/4 cups cold fat-free milk
    Whipping Cream (modified, use this)
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract, divided
    Vanilla Extract (modified, use this)
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
  • 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted, chopped and divided
    Add Coconut = place almonds and coconut on a tray and place in oven @300 for 10 minutes. (modified, use this)
  • 1 can (21 oz.) light cherry pie filling
    ½ Can of Cherry Pie Filling with 1 Cup Halved Bing Cherries (modified, use this)

 Make It

  • Beat pudding mix, whipping cream and vanilla extract.
  • Mix cherry pie filling with fresh, halved cherries.
  • Spoon into cups, one layer at a time: Mousse, Cool Whip, Cherry filling, repeat.
  • Top with toasted almonds
