EXERCISE and lower high blood pressure!
There, the elephant in the room has risen its ugly, fat, saggy, trunk. Exercise. Lower your high blood pressure by exercise. It must be done for many reason other than naturally fighting and to lower high blood pressure, but to fight and lower high blood pressure is a primary reason for exercising our aging bodies.
The goal is to raise your heartbeat through exercise. Moving your body is key to flexibility and the faster you move the faster your heart rate. When you find you are taking deeper breaths while moving your body, you are doing the right movements. Please begin slowly. It took you a long time to become this sedentary, so it will take a few weeks to increase your movements and pace.
Move the blood through your body, gain oxygen in your blood, gain color in your skin, tone your body, feel better all benefits as you lower high blood pressure.
- Plain and simple. Think big, one day that walk could turn into a jog. Walking, especially outside, is the best for you, except if you live in over-populated areas. Fill your lungs with the best air possible;
- Wii-exercise or walking/jogging in place;
- Dancing at home by yourself. Don’t be shy. No one’s around turn on the music and for just 30 minutes move around. Move your arms, step side to side, slide, and glide around the room. No one is watching, and no one cares.
No one says you have to build-up a sweat on your upper lip, just raise your heartbeat and move about, stretching muscles and breathing.
Your goal is 30 minutes, as many times a week as you can.
